  • Precedence: In case of conflict, Section "C" takes precedence over Section "D" of the contract/purchase order. For documentation, amendments to the purchase order/contract take highest precedence.
  • Mercury Exclusion: Mercury or mercury-containing compounds shall not be intentionally added to or come into direct contact with hardware or supplies.
