- Installing an additional 2" SDR 11 HDPE telecom conduit for fiber optic cable, also via directional drilling.
- Chasing both conduits into the basement.
- Coordinating with Greeneville Energy Authority (GEA) for the installation of a new aboveground electrical box, connection, and energization.
- Acquiring necessary permits and paying associated fees to GEA or the county.

Key Requirements & Standards
All work must adhere to the most recent edition of the National Electric Code, Greeneville Energy Authority (GEA) requirements, and OSHA standards (29 CFR Part 1926, Subpart P - Excavations). Specific submittals are required before the Pre-Construction Meeting, including a Project Superintendent designation, construction schedule, schedule of values, accident prevention plan, list of subcontractors, insurance evidence, waste management plan, and quality control plan.
