Scope of Work
This presolicitation covers two primary types of R&D projects:
- RA Projects: Solicitations will be issued for R&D projects. A 50% cost share goal for RA27 will be relaxed for Small Businesses (NAICS 541715), Non-Profits, and Academia, though contributions are encouraged.
- Panel Projects: These projects have a funding ceiling limited to $200K and require participation from at least one U.S. shipyard (public or private, including USCG). Multiple shipyard participation is preferred.
