Scope of Work

- Annual Inspections and Testing: Perform periodic inspections and operational tests on all equipment at 12-month intervals.
- Load Testing and Certification: Conduct annual load testing for all cranes and hoists using certified test weights.
- Certification and Reporting: Upon successful inspection, affix a certification placard and provide detailed inspection reports and certificates to the government within 5 days.
- Unscheduled Maintenance and Repairs: Respond to service calls for repairs within 24 hours of notification and provide a written repair estimate within two business days. Repairs anticipated to exceed $500 require prior government approval.

Key Requirements for Contractors
