Quick Summary
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC for Red Hat Ansible Tower licenses. This action is justified under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) due to a mandatory Department of the Navy (DON) Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) that designates DLT Solutions as the sole authorized distributor for Red Hat products. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
Scope of Work
NSWCCD requires three (3) Red Hat Ansible Tower 3.8 licenses. Ansible is an open-source automation engine essential for standardizing configurations, automating IT tasks, and securely managing Linux systems. Failure to renew these licenses would introduce significant security risks and impede the RDT&E mission's operational effectiveness. Delivery is requested by May 1, 2026, to NSWC CARDEROCK, BETHESDA, MD.
