Offerors must be licensed in Virginia. Normal business hours for onsite work are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no work outside these hours or on holidays without prior approval. The contractor is responsible for providing their own restroom facilities and generator if needed. All personnel must possess a TOP SECRET facility clearance and be a US Citizen or Naturalized US Citizen for access to certain areas.
