Scope of Work
The contractor will provide periodic inspection, preventative maintenance, installation, relocation, removal, and repair of various antenna products and arrays. Key responsibilities include:
- Visual Assessment: Inspecting approximately 17 FEMA-responsible antennas on towers, 20 on smaller structures, and 160 other organizations' antennas. This involves climbing towers and identifying safety issues.
- Maintenance and Repair: Ensuring structural integrity of towers, antennas, and mounts; personnel safety; and proper installation of electrical and communications cabling. Antenna functionality is addressed only if specifically called out.
- Inspections: Conducting tri-annual inspections, with additional inspections for severe wind/ice events. RF Safety inspections and field mapping may also be required.
Deliverables
Deliverables include an inspection schedule (Microsoft Project format), status reports (Microsoft Office Suite), participation in teleconferences, and reports detailing inspection findings and recommended repairs/mapping.

Additional Notes
Offerors must be licensed in Virginia. Normal business hours for onsite work are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no work outside these hours or on holidays without prior approval. The contractor is responsible for providing their own restroom facilities and generator if needed. All personnel must possess a TOP SECRET facility clearance and be a US Citizen or Naturalized US Citizen for access to certain areas.
