Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) covers the procurement and installation of a comprehensive communications suite. Key requirements include:
- Mandatory Onsite Site Survey: To assess the operating environment, verify installation locations, determine cable routing, and identify structural/environmental factors.
- SATCOM Antenna System: Installation of one system compatible with MUOS, DAMA, Dedicated, and Integrated Waveform communications, including all associated gear.
- VHF/UHF Antenna: Installation of one military-grade antenna supporting encrypted and unencrypted communications.
- RF Signal Distribution: Installation of one or more 1-to-4 RF splitter/amplifier units.
- Antenna Mast: Installation of a second communications mast to support specified antenna systems and ensure clear Line-of-Sight.
- Hardware & Cabling: Provision of all necessary mounting hardware, RF cabling, and routing clamps.
- Specific Components: Numerous items detailed in Section B, such as various cables, connectors, pipes, panels, ground bars, surge protectors, switches, clamp sets, and custom aircraft antenna mounts.

Evaluation
The government intends to award on a sole source basis to ACG. However, if other bids are received, offerors must be authorized ACG distributors and capable of maintaining the ACG Warranty. Additional Notes
Early and partial shipments are acceptable. Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
