• Authorized Distributors: Consideration for award will only be given to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
• Quote Details: Quotes must include unit price, total price, RTAT, chosen pricing structure (FFP/Estimated/NTE), RMA#, and delivery vehicle. Additional information is required for items not previously purchased or with increased prices.
• Beyond Repair (BR/BER): If an asset is determined BR/BER, a T&E fee/price should be provided. A reduced contract price, not-to-exceed a specified amount, will be negotiated for BR items.
