Scope of Work

- Purchasing food ingredients, preparing, cooking, and serving food and drink items.
- Cleaning assigned Mensa areas within Building 5156, specifically designated "RED AREA" zones.
- Providing all necessary labor, management, tools, supplies, chemicals, and supervision.
- Adhering to all applicable US and Host Nation laws and regulations, including Italian A.S.L., D.lgs. 81/2008, and US Army food regulations.
- Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
