The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District has been tasked to solicit for and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Real Estate Appraisal Services on behalf of Customs Boarder Protection (CBP) Program. The Contractor shall provide appraisals, appraisal services and prepare Narrative Appraisal Reports for properties located within The United States of America and surrounding Territories, based on mission requirements. The Fort Worth District is the primary office of responsibility for CBP Program appraisal requirements completing 98% of the specialized work in the Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana area and 2% for Northern Boarders and Puerto Rico.
