- Stocking and replacement of live fish, ensuring minimum counts (7 for 12-gallon, 12 for 55-gallon tanks). Fish replacement is priced under CLIN X002.
- Responding to emergency service calls for malfunctioning tanks within 2 hours of notification.
- Replacement of broken or non-working parts upon Government approval.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and hazardous material regulations.
- Contractor personnel must undergo background checks and adhere to a strict touch policy due to the child care facility environment.
