Arcadia Lake Gate Tower Elevator Rehab. The US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS is seeking quotes for a total turn-key contract of Gate Tower Elevator Rehab at Arcadia Lake, Oklahoma. Work includes but is not limited to: install new Smartrise C4 nonproprietary elevator controller with solid state drive and VVVF control; install new wiring throughout the system; retain car and lobby fixtures, refurbish as needed; install new hoistway limit switches where required; replace GAL car door components as needed (rollers, Gibbs, acentric, etc.); clean and refurbish hoist way interlocks as needed; retain car and hoist way doors; new car top inspection station; retain geared machine and motor (rebuild 3 phase drive motor optional); install new push/pull stop switch in the pit; replace corrosion affected conduit and components in hoist way; new pit ladder; other components to be retained: the guide rails, pit ladder, existing entrance frames, platform and car frame; and permit and inspection required by the State of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City or a third-party inspection firm. The POP is estimated for 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to schedule a second site visit at 1:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, 23 September 2025. Due dates for responses are extended to 3:00 PM Central Time, 03 October 2025.
