Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the procurement and installation of new kitchen equipment for the Area 5 South Dining Facility at Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to a qualified small business.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to deliver and install specified kitchen equipment. This includes providing manufacturer specifications, delivery, uncrating, placement, and basic electrical/plumbing connections. Equivalent products from reputable manufacturers will be considered, with the government reserving the right to request equivalency documentation.

• Service Tray & Silverware Dispensers: 4 each, commercial-grade, stainless steel, NSF certified.

• Food Warming Cabinets: 1 each (208-240V), 2 each (120V), insulated, NSF and cUlus certified.

• Food Preparation Tables: 8 total (3 @ 48”x 30”, 4 @ 72" x 30", 1 @ 96" x 30"), stainless steel, NSF certified.

• Food Mixing Machine: 1 each, 40-quart capacity, 208/240V, 3 Phase.

• Meat Slicing Machine: 1 each, commercial-grade, manual, 120V, cETLus & NSF certified.

• Food Processor: 1 each, commercial-grade, 3-liter capacity, 120V.

• Freezer Systems: 2 each, reach-in, two-section, 115V, ENERGY STAR®.

• Refrigerators: 5 each, reach-in, two-section, 115V.

• Shelving Units: Multiple sizes (54”x24”, 36”x18”, 36”x24”), mobile, NSF certified.

• Shelving Posts & "S" Hooks: Various quantities, NSF certified.

• Caster Posts & Stem Casters: For specific shelving units, NSF certified.

• Trash Cans: 12 each (55-gallon), 6 with dollies, 6 without, NSF certified.

• All specified equipment delivered to the site.

• Applicable instruction and installation manuals.

All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, with documentation provided by the contractor.
