Scope of Work

The primary goal is to identify partners capable of providing administration, design, sustainment, management support, system analysis, problem-solving, Systems Change Requests implementation, testing, and system enhancement for web applications within the Knowledge Center Portal (KCP) and its customer base, as well as security services. The contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint administration and automation needs, acting as the technical interface between CPE Ground Combat Platforms Project Management Offices and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
