Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and labor for quarterly testing of breathing air samples. Key requirements include:
- Performing "Grade D" certification for air samples within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
- Utilizing an A2LA-accredited laboratory for analysis.
- Conducting tests using protocols from Compressed Gas Association (CGA) G-7.1 2018 Grade D and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1989-2019, including water vapor testing.
- Testing specific parameters: Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Water, Methane, Hydrocarbon Content, Oil, and Odor.
- Providing initial and final results via email to the COR and KO.
- Ensuring personnel are available for communication via email, telephone, or text. Government Industrial Hygiene personnel will retrieve thirty-three (33) air samples quarterly, with potential for emergency testing.
