Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and labor for quarterly testing of 33 breathing air samples. Key requirements include:
- Performing "Grade D" certification for air samples within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
- Utilizing an A2LA-accredited laboratory for analysis.
- Conducting tests using protocols from Compressed Gas Association (CGA) G-7.1 2018 Grade D and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1989-2019, including water vapor testing.
- Testing parameters include Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Water, Methane, Hydrocarbon Content, Oil, and Odor.
- Providing initial and final results via email to the COR and KO.
- Ensuring personnel are available for communication via email, telephone, or text.
- Emergency air sample testing may also be required.

This AoI is part of a larger CSO (W911KF25SC002) aimed at modernizing the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) at Anniston Army Depot. The overall CSO is continuously open until September 30, 2030. ACC-ANAD is not obligated to make an award, and all awards are subject to fund availability and successful negotiations. Offerors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.gov and the PIEE system prior to award.
