Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District is conducting a Sources Sought to identify qualified 8(a) Small Business firms for Construction Management Services (CMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) for the Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion (ANCSE) Phase II and III in Arlington, Virginia. It includes constructing a network of roadways, sidewalks, and pedestrian walkways tied into the existing ANC system, along with extensive landscaping and horticulture plantings to maintain the cemetery's character as a level III arboretum.
