• Compliance: Contractors must comply with specified revisions of documents cited in the IRPOD and/or procurement specification. Written approval from the Contracting Officer is required for using alternative revisions.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations on critical contracts must include justification, explanation of cause, and an offer of consideration. Technical evaluation is required for proposed alternate items.
• Mercury Exclusion: Mercury or mercury-containing compounds shall not be intentionally added to or come in direct contact with hardware or supplies.

Submission Requirements

• A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) must be submitted at the time of material delivery to NAVSUP-WSS code N9433 for each unique combination of Contract/Purchase Order Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature.
• Requests for Nuclear Reactor Publications not available from BPMI e-commerce must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, NAVSUP WSS-MECH, Code N943, with certification of "need-to-know."
