Scope of Work

- Approximately 3,200 GSF / 3,100 NSF of commercial retail/office space.
- Secondary exterior egress and 24-hour unrestricted access.
- Adequate parking for two government vehicles (24/7) and employee/customer vehicles within four blocks.
- Daytime janitorial services (Mon, Wed, Fri) and adequate signage for maximum visibility.
- Lessor is responsible for designing and building alterations according to USACE construction specifications, with government approval required for architectural plans.
