The Lessor is responsible for designing and building alterations as specified in the construction documents, subject to Government approval.
Contract Details

The Construction Specifications Bid Proposal Worksheet (Exhibit E) must also be completed. Proposals will be evaluated based on a best value approach, considering Technical Factors and Price as approximately equal in importance. Technical factors include location, neighborhood, accessibility, building appearance, parking, floor plan efficiency, and high-speed internet availability.
