• Trash Removal: Emptying all trash receptacles, replacing liners, and removing accumulated trash from the facility.

• Vacuuming: Cleaning carpets, rugs/mats, and hard-surfaced floors, upholstered furniture, windowsills, restroom facilities, entryways, common areas, and storage closets.

• Window Cleaning: Cleaning interior and exterior window surfaces, leaving no streaks.

• Trash Receptacle Washing: Washing trash receptacles.

• Toilet Descaling: Descaling toilet bowls and urinals.

• Mat Maintenance: Providing and maintaining walk-off mats.

• Quarterly: Clean HVAC intakes.

• Semi-Annually (April and October): Professional carpet cleaning using hot-water extraction, performed by IRCRC-certified "master cleaner" professionals. Spot cleaning prior to general cleaning.

• Annually (October): Washing globes, reflectors, covers, diffusers, and plastic side panels of light fixtures.
