The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to five (5) months to the current ordering period of an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, 70RFP419DE7000002 with North American Security, Inc., 1701 S. Kelly Avenue, Edmond, OK 73013. This extension begins 02/01/2026 and will provide continued armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services throughout the state of Arkansas and to allow placement of a new contract to continue critical PSO services at various locations. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with North American Security, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be made available.
