This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) to solicit offers for Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities throughout Puerto Rico.

• Provision of Armed PSO Services at CBP locations.

• The requirement is being solicited as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside.

• Contract type: Fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: One (1) year base period with four (4) one (1) year option periods.

  • Option Period 1: May 01, 2027 - April 30, 2028
  • Option Period 2: May 01, 2028 - April 30, 2029
  • Option Period 3: May 01, 2029 - April 30, 2030

• Minimum Guarantee: $100,000.00. This minimum guarantee will be de-obligated if task orders issued meet or exceed this amount.
