Scope of Work
The services required include an initial deep cleaning approximately 30 days after contract award, and subsequent bi-annual maintenance cleaning every six months. The cleaning encompasses all floors, walls, ceilings, workspaces, tool cabinets, office desks, the janitorial closet, latrine, weapons storage racks, and wall lockers. Specific tasks involve:
- Utilizing a general-purpose cleaner with specific pH, solubility, biodegradability, and non-flammable properties.
- Providing a list of disinfecting products for approval prior to deep cleaning.
- Using HEPA filter vacuums for all cleaning, with HEPA filtration (99.97% at 0.3 microns) for vacuum exhaust.
- Cleaning 7 workstations, 9 tool cabinets, 4 office desks, 39 storage racks, and 8 wall lockers, which may involve unbolting and reinstalling items.
- Supplying and installing three HEPA air purification systems during the initial deep-cleaning phase, maintaining a minimum of three air changes per hour. These systems must capture 99.95% of airborne particles as small as 0.1 microns and have a Verified Air Filtration Clean Air Delivery Rate of 915 sq ft.
- Replacing three HEPA carbon filters annually during maintenance cleaning.
- Performing thorough wipe-downs of all surfaces and managing data according to AF Records Management procedures.
- Properly containing and disposing of contaminated materials and ensuring the facility is returned to its original state.

Special Requirements
Contractors must work on half of the armory at a time to allow for continued Government operations. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials. There is no loading dock/ramp available. Government will furnish electricity, water, and sewage services. Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons or ammunition on site.
