Scope of Work

The contractor must ensure a minimum operational availability of 97% and respond to unscheduled/emergency service calls 24/7. All work must comply with ASME A17.1 and A18.1 Safety Codes. Subcontracting is not allowed for this effort.

Proposal Requirements & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated on a 'technically acceptable' or 'unacceptable' basis, with award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Key requirements include:
- Technical Proposal: Demonstrate how all PWS services will be completed and identify Key Personnel.
- Past Experience: Provide at least three (3) successful, relevant elevator maintenance contracts within the past five years where subcontracting was not utilized. Projects must be of similar size and scope, with detailed information on client, value, scope, and dates.
- Pricing: Submit comprehensive pricing for the base year and all option years as prescribed in Part I – Section B.
- Insurance: Provide a certificate of liability insurance meeting Section I, AMS Clause 3.4.1-12 requirements.
- Wage Determinations: Bidders must incorporate the minimum wage and fringe benefits for 'Elevator Repairer' as specified in DOL Wage Determinations No. 1967-0495 Rev. 76 (for AR/LA) and No. 1986-0538 Rev. 58 (for AR/MS/TN).
- SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov by the proposal due date.
