Scope of Work
The requirement is to equip Building 367 at Camp Atterbury with VTC equipment to support instructional purposes, presentations, and video Teams meetings by the end of FY 2026. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Equipment Supply: Providing specific VTC items including PTZ cameras, ceiling beam forming microphone arrays, coaxial speakers, a control system, a tabletop touch screen controller, a network server rack, a network gear switch, an AV bridge, a multimedia presentation podium, and necessary cables and wires.
- Installation: Installing all supplied equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, audio-video DSP mixer, touch panel, and network rack. Wiring (Cat 6e) for TVs will also be installed.
- Post-Installation: Providing licenses and software for equipment maintenance (CLIN 0002).
- Warranties: Offering a two (2) year warranty for installation, parts, service, and technical support, including an extended warranty if the manufacturer's standard is less than two years (CLIN 0003 & 0004).
- Technical Support: Including help desk, telephone support, on-site support if required, and recommended programming upgrades.
