Solicitation / RFQ

Bidders must demonstrate on their quote or attachment that they can and will meet all requirements according to the specifications provided.

• Award Type: Firm-fixed price purchase order.

• Payment: Invoiced and paid through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

• Quote Submission: Submit on Company Letter Head, including CAGE, UEI, SBA status, and POC information. Must include a menu of meals that can be provided during the contract performance. Utilize the Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure. Quote price must include delivery charges FOB-Destination and ensure product specifications meet criteria. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on best value and cost, evaluated by (1) past performance/capability (analyzed through SPRS, FAPIIS, references, etc.), (2) menu variety, (3) amount of time needed to make quantity changes without penalty, and (4) price.
