Scope of Work
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide wireless services and 19 communication devices capable of secure, encrypted voice, SMS, MMS, and data transmissions. Key requirements include:
- Unlimited voice, SMS, MMS, and data services.
- Support for the U.S. Navy's Microsoft 365 FlankSpeed cloud environment, including a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
- Devices must be new, non-refurbished, carrier-unlocked smartphones with at least 128GB storage, running a modern, actively supported mobile operating system.
- Specific device needs: 11 phones with unlimited local and international plans, and 8 phones with unlimited local plans. All must include Guam exchange numbers, 911, and Local Number Portability (LNP) surcharges.
- Continuous and uninterrupted service, with no activation/deactivation charges during phase-in.
