Scope of Work
The contractor will provide Depot level (D-level) and Intermediate (I-Level) scheduled (preventative) and unscheduled (restorative) maintenance for Aviation Support Equipment (ASE). This includes servicing, functional and operational testing, repair and replacement of unserviceable parts, structural repairs, manufacturing of SE parts, incorporation of approved modifications, configuration support, reclamation, conversions, and corrosion control (including paint and final finish). The scope also covers logistical support and capabilities to complement and enhance these services, encompassing modernization, conversion, in-service repair, and disassembly as per NAVAIR Instruction.

All offers must be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. A site visit is scheduled for January 16, 2026, for 8(a) offerors only. Participants must register with Charles Seader (charles.k.seader.civ@us.navy.mil) by January 7, 2026, and provide specific documentation and personal information. Maximum two representatives and one car per offeror.
