- CART & TypeWell: On-site and remote transcription services.
- Coordination: Management of an online scheduling portal (98% availability requirement) and a dedicated point of contact for request fulfillment.
- Volume: Estimated 200 hours of interpreting and 56-65 hours of CART annually. Historically, over 90% of service requests are virtual.

Evaluation
