The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is conducting a Sources Sought for Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) production and associated logistics/engineering support for Fiscal Years 2027-2029. This is for hardware production of the AN/APR-39D(V)2 system. Responses are due March 6, 2026.
Scope of Work
NAVAIR seeks capable businesses to provide RWR solutions that:
- Meet form/fit/function requirements of the incumbent AN/APR-39D(V)2 system.
- Provide advanced RF detection and warning for aircraft/aircrew survivability.
- Interface with and act as a suite bus controller for the full Assault Survivability Equipment (ASE) suite (ALE-47, AAR-47, AAQ-24, AAQ-45) and mission computer on platforms including AH-1Z, MH-60S, AH-64, UH-1Y, MV-22B, CH-53K, and CMV-22.
- Are backwards compatible with incumbent system receivers, antennas, and aircraft A-kits.
- Demonstrate current or authorized access to necessary technical data, or a viable plan to obtain it, and the capability to meet government timelines.
