This action will be a firm-fixed price award with a base period of twelve months and four twelve-month option periods for the Automated Staffing Tool (AST) development, maintenance, and support services. The scope of this acquisition is for  deliverables for Task 1 and Task 2 in support of the Human Resources Management Division (HRMD). Task 1, Automated Staffing Tool & HR Data Analytics, focuses on the continued implementation of the vendor’s proprietary automated staffing solution and enhancing HR data analytics to streamline staffing processes, improve resource allocation, and enable data-driven human capital management. Task 2, Employee Wellness, centers on developing and deploying initiatives that promote employee wellness, fostering a healthier and more engaged workforce. Together, these tasks aim to advance HRMD’s strategic objectives by leveraging technology and data to drive measurable improvements in workforce planning and employee wellness.
