Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive courier services for domestic, standard, and high-priority shipments, often exceeding 150 kg per shipment. Key services include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Acting as an authorized representative for picking up diplomatic mail at the airport.
- Providing monthly invoices.
- Handling various shipment types: documents, parcels, pallets, goods, and non-standard items.
- Offering door-to-door, pre-scheduled, on-demand, and non-standard pick-up services.
- Providing local delivery, handling dangerous goods, insurance, and proof of delivery.
- Supplying standard and expendable packaging materials.
- Maintaining 24/7 availability, high customer service, and identifiable personnel/vehicles.
- Operating a functioning website for tracking, AWB creation, pick-up requests, and invoice monitoring.
