Scope of Work
The requirement is for software licenses and service capabilities for an ATC radar simulator. Key components and services include:
- Software: Provision of Windows OS based ATCoachGE and ATVoice licenses.
- Services: Shipping, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of the system, along with up to eighty (80) hours of virtual software training.
- Support: A one (1) year warranty for system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Database: Creation and configuration for the Canyon Approach (KCYN) database.
- System Components: Provision of specific quantities of controller positions, pseudo pilot positions, supervisor positions, and servers.
- Equipment: Detailed lists of equipment for various lab configurations (Emcor, non-Emcor, dorm, and current lab updates), including standard keyboards with mice, associated power, display, and networking cables, various sizes of widescreen and touchscreen LCD monitors, small form factor workstations with Windows Operating System, Windows Servers, USB Footswitches, Headset Interface Units, noise-canceling PTT headsets, STARS QWERTY Keyboards with associated trackballs, and Strip Printers.
Performance Standards
The platform must meet the following standards:
- Compatibility: Compatible with Windows Operating System, USB/HIU headsets, USB Footswitches, and STARS QWERTY Keyboards.
- Training Support: Must support lessons and/or content based on Specialty Training Tasks (STS) items and objectives.
- Scenario Development: Compatible with scenarios built to replicate radar user-developed training scenarios and include administrative editing software for content development.
- Operation: Must operate without internet/WIFI connection (stand-alone).
- Special Requirements: Must provide radio simulated voice capabilities. The schoolhouse will retain all appropriate rights and control of course curriculum and material.
