Scope of Work
The DEA seeks an ATR-72-600 aircraft that meets specific technical and performance requirements outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Key requirements include:
- Procurement of a new or used commercially available ATR-72-600.
- Certification: Must be U.S. FAA certified per FAR Part 25, with all options and installations FAA approved.
- Interior Configuration: Flexible for full passenger (68 seats) or combination cargo/passenger (at least 36 passengers plus cargo).
- Cargo Capacity: Accommodate 6,600 pounds and/or 670 cubic feet of cargo.
- Avionics: Equipped and FAA certified for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations with VNAV and LPV capabilities.
- Performance: Minimum range of 800 Nm, speed of 260 KTAS, service ceiling of 25,000 feet, useful load of 13,000 lbs, and payload of 15,000 lbs.
- Condition/Age: New aircraft with no more than 100 flight hours/50 landings; used aircraft manufactured in 2018 or newer, with not more than 15,000 total hours, no significant damage history, and precluding major maintenance for 3 years/2,500 hours/1,500 cycles.
