Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the acquisition of hardware and software to donate to the Government of Mexico to enhance their use of the Automated Targeting System Global (ATS-G). The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL Mexico) intends to award a single purchase order to a small business contractor under NAICS Code 423430. • Acquisition of new items listed in Table 1 (Hardware and Software).

• Configuration and installation of operating systems, databases, licenses, patches, network configuration, and testing of two servers (Database Server and Application Server).

• Specific hardware and software components are detailed in Table 1, including rack servers, Windows Server licenses, and SQL Server licenses.

• Contractor shall provide OEM warranty valid in Mexico.

• Installation at the Government of Mexico facility shall not exceed 24 working hours or 3 consecutive business days.
