Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure the annual software license renewal and technical support for Rustici "Engine" and "Dispatch" software, ensuring the continued, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the Air University (AU) eLearning system on the Air Force's Cloud One platform for the 2026-2027 period, with four option years.

This SOW covers all tasks necessary to provide annual software licenses and associated maintenance and technical support for the Rustici "Engine" and "Dispatch" products. The contractor must ensure the provided license permits government self-hosting on Air Force Cloud One servers.

• Task 1: Provide annual software license renewal for "Engine" and "Dispatch" products.
• Task 2: Ensure license agreement explicitly permits government self-hosting on Cloud One.
• Task 3: Maintain support for eLearning standards including SCORM 1.2/2004, AICC, xAPI, cmi5, and LTI.
• Task 4: Maintain capability to deliver non-standards-based content (MP4, MP3, PDF).
• Task 5: Provide technical support, including troubleshooting assistance and access to software updates, patches, or minor version releases.

One (1) 12-month base year (FY 2026-2027) with four optional years.

Software and documentation delivered electronically. Software operated on government servers in Cloud One. Contractor support and maintenance performed remotely.
