Scope of Work

  • Auction Site Management: Potentially providing a safe, secure, and guarded auction yard, and ensuring security for property at off-site auctions.
  • Compliance & Approvals: Ensuring adherence to host government laws and liaising with relevant agencies (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Revenue Authority, Juba City Council).
  • Advertising & Promotion: Designing and conducting advertisements via various media (radio, newspapers, TV, social media, public announcements) in consultation with the GSO.
  • Government Coordination: Transporting customs officers, collecting/forwarding customs documents, covering associated costs, and assisting bidders with customs clearance.
  • Bidder Support & Facilities: Providing on-site facilities (shade, tables, chairs), guiding bidders on documentation, ensuring property handover, assisting with bank deposits, and managing customer workforce.
