Scope of Work
This Sources Sought aims to gather information on three main categories of audio equipment:
- Audio Input Devices (CLIN 0001): Requires a push-to-talk tabletop microphone for instructors, a handheld microphone, and a solid-state media player. The media player must support USB, SD, and Aux inputs. All input devices must be strictly wired, with no wireless communications permitted.
- Audio Output Devices (CLIN 0002): Requires 20 units of 2-way outdoor loudspeakers. These must be fully weather-proofed for outdoor operational environments and strictly wired, with no wireless communications permitted.
- Audio System Infrastructure (CLIN 0003): Requires a network amplifier, an audio mixer, an AV rack, and a power distribution unit (PDU) to support the system. All infrastructure and supporting components must be strictly wired, with no wireless communications permitted. Equipment must also be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
