Scope of Work

- Setup and ensure operational readiness of all equipment, including a minimum of one successful performance test by 354 CES.
- Provide sound projection for an estimated crowd of 10,000+ guests daily, ensuring full-range, high-fidelity sound coverage across spectator areas.
- Deploy line array truss towers with speakers placed approximately every 100 feet and 10 feet high, broadcasting sound up to 500 feet into the crowd.
- Provide redundant VHF radios, mix multiple audio channels (music, narrator, ATC), and supply a minimum of 3 wired and 3 wireless microphones with auxiliary inputs.
- Offer an audio console with CD, MP3, and playback capabilities, and a dedicated announcer stage or elevated viewing platform.
- Ensure safe and functional equipment, properly routed cables, and provide a minimum of five generators with fuel.
- Deploy 30 line array cabinets on five scissor lifts, with specific configurations for the Air Boss area and general crowd coverage.
- Contractor team members must be certified and have experience with air shows, deep-crowd speaker clusters, and well-trained technicians.
