Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide comprehensive audio and public address (PA) system services for the Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB) Air Show, "Arctic Lightning Open House," scheduled for July 31 through August 2, 2026.

• Provide all necessary personnel, tools, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation for a complete sound system service.

• Set up and ensure all equipment is operational and tested prior to the event, with a minimum of one successful performance test by 354 CES.

• Provide sound projection for an estimated crowd of 10,000+ guests per day, ensuring full-range, high-fidelity sound coverage across spectator areas.

• Deploy line array truss towers and appropriate rigging, with speakers placed approximately every 100 feet and 10 feet high.

• Broadcast sound up to 500 feet into the crowd, with the ability to modulate volume in specific areas (e.g., VIP tents).

• Provide redundant VHF radios for communication with airshow participants and Air Traffic Control.

• Mix multiple audio channels simultaneously, including music, narrator, and air traffic control communications.
