It also provides a "Routing Data Table" for WAWF and points of contact for WAWF clarification.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the supply and installation of audio visual (AV) equipment and related services for the 154th Regional Training Institute at Building 1450, Camp Shelby, Mississippi. The project aims to upgrade and enhance AV capabilities in classrooms, conference rooms, offices, and breakout rooms to support improved training and live streaming.

• Supply, professional installation, configuration, and testing of commercial-grade AV products.

• Installation must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Major work areas include:

  • Upgrading classroom AV systems for high-definition digital signage.
  • Enhancing the RTI Conference Room for high-definition digital signage and video conferencing.
  • Installing AV systems in breakout rooms for scenario-based training.

• Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from project completion.

• Contractor shall respond to emergency support requests within 48 hours of notification.

• All equipment is covered by manufacturers' standard warranty.

• Installation is to be completed no later than 30 days after contract award.

• Location: Building 1450, Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

• Equipment must be commercial-grade, durable, reliable, and rated for continuous, heavy use.

• Installation includes mounting, wiring, cabling, system configuration, control system programming, testing, and clean-up.

• Exclusions: Structural modifications, IT network infrastructure upgrades beyond AV connectivity, and content creation for digital signage or presentations.

• CLIN 0001 (Building 1450, Medical Battalion Training Site - Classrooms 1-3): Includes 98" 4K UHD LED displays, 86" interactive touchscreens, wall mounts, mobile display carts, mobile lecterns, automation controllers, multi-touch displays, HDBaseT receivers, networked digital signal processors, 4K UHD document cameras, ceiling tile loudspeakers, power amplifiers, and cable packages.

• CLIN 0002 (Building 1450, Offices): Includes 43" commercial displays, medium-sized wall mounts, decora-style wall plates with HDMI ports, high-speed HDMI cables, and blank wall plate covers.

• CLIN 0003 (Building 1450, Conference Room): Includes 98" and 85" 4K UHD LED displays, large micro-adjustable tilting wall mounts, professional USB 3.1 PTZ conferencing cameras, ceiling array microphones, USB audio network interfaces, networked automation controllers, multi-touch IPS displays, networked digital signal processors, 4-port HDMI distribution amplifiers/splitters, ceiling tile loudspeakers, power amplifiers, cable packages, and a managed Ethernet switch.

• CLIN 0004 (Building 1450, Breakout Rooms): Includes LED wash fixtures, high-output fog machines with fluid, coaxial pendant loudspeakers, pendant subwoofers, power amplifiers, networked digital signal processors, networked automation controllers, multi-touch IPS displays, AV over IP encoders, CFexpress memory cards, rigging, and cable packages.

• CLIN 0005 (Installation): Contractor shall provide installation and configuration of all commercial-grade AV equipment listed in above CLINs.

• CLIN 0006 (Installation of Government Furnished Equipment): Contractor shall install and configure government-provided Samsung Curved Monitors, Optoma Computers, and Ubiquity Enterprise PoE devices.
