• Floor Plans/Drawings: Available and attached to the solicitation.
• Decommissioning: No existing AV equipment needs decommissioning; it is new construction.
• Compliance: BAA applies, not TAA.
• Video Conferencing: Limited to the conference room only.
• IT/Network Access: IT support will be available upon request for managed switch, VLAN configuration, and installation.
• DMX: A separate DMX lighting console or node is required for breakout rooms.
• AV-over-IP: Each room requires its own dedicated rack space setup.
• Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): Will be on-site the day of installation.
• Installation Timeline: The 30-day completion timeline after award is flexible to accommodate standard procurement and delivery lead times.
• Mounting: RGB DMX fixtures will be mounted from truss above breakout rooms, dropped to the top of walls. 6 mounting points are needed per breakout room. Fog machines are to be mounted on the catwalk above breakout rooms.
• Control Systems: A control system is needed for displays; 6 separate control systems are required for breakout rooms.
• TAA Compliance: BAA applies to RDB lights and fogger.
• Sources: For classrooms and offices, laptops are provided by RTI. For breakout rooms, IP encoders are for local laptop input, recorded within the room.
• Touch Panels: Integrated cameras and NFC capabilities are required for control panels; a wireless touch panel is required.
• Networking: A separate AV switch/network is required; the equipment will not sit on the building LAN.
• Content Management System: LG SuperSign is the existing system.
• Room Quantities: Clarification sought on quantities for components (lecterns, control processors, DSPs, etc.) for rooms 120, 113, and 124, as some are listed as 2 when 3 rooms are covered. Rooms 120 and 113 will be classrooms; Room 124 will be a student breakroom.
• Cable Runs: Free-air run above the ceiling is permitted for office locations.
• Budget: Solutions will be evaluated in a competitive range, and budget will align with the strongest proposal. Progress payments are not allowed.
• Security: ID registration is required to get onto Camp Shelby.

• CLIN 0006 (Installation of Government Furnished Equipment): Contractor shall install and configure government-provided Samsung Curved Monitors, Optoma Computers, and Ubiquity Enterprise PoE devices.
