Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the scope for the supply and installation of audio/visual (AV) equipment and related services for the 154th Regional Training Institute at Buildings 3576 and 3701, Camp Shelby, Mississippi. The project aims to upgrade and enhance AV capabilities in classrooms, conference rooms, and offices to support improved training and live streaming.

• Supply, professional installation, configuration, and testing of commercial-grade AV equipment.

• Installation of AV systems in Building 3576 (8 classroom AV systems with Instructor-Facing Displays).

• Installation of AV systems in Building 3701 (Conference Room AV systems, digital display in Instructor Hallway, and digital displays in Instructor Offices).

• Includes various components such as large format commercial displays, tilting wall mounts, wireless presentation systems, conference cameras, HDMI input plates, various lengths of HDMI and USB-C cables, HDMI distribution amplifiers, and commercial-grade power strips.

• Installation to be completed no later than 45 days after contract award.

• Locations: Buildings 3576 and 3701, Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

• All equipment must be commercial-grade, designed and rated for continuous, heavy use.

• Contractor must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Installation requires mounting, wiring, cabling, system configuration, and control system programming.

• Testing and commissioning of all components and the full system are required.

• Site preparation (patching walls, conduit installation) is the government's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

• Contractor must coordinate with the government's IT department for network configuration and connectivity.

• Exclusions: Structural modifications, IT network infrastructure upgrades beyond AV connectivity, content creation, and Crestron products.

• Manufacturer's standard warranty for all equipment.

• 1-year warranty for installation workmanship.

• 48-hour response time for emergency support requests.
