Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide, maintain, and operate a high-quality, highly reliable, wireless UHF voice augmentation and sound reinforcement system for the Corona Top Heraldic Dinner and Gray Eagle Award Presentation event.

• Provide a minimum of forty-five (45) wireless microphones with a sound augmentation system.

• Supply all necessary support equipment to equalize, operate, maintain, monitor, adjust, and integrate a complete audio package for a 100' dining table and guest speakers.

• Ensure the audio system is distortion and feedback-free throughout the event.

• Program some microphones to non-standard Ultra High Frequency (UHF) frequencies due to limitations.

• Ensure sufficient battery life for all microphones for the duration of the event.

• Provide three (3) wireless transmitters/receivers for 2-way communication between specific areas.

• Operate and maintain all equipment discreetly, with contractor personnel dressed in "Black Tie" attire to be inconspicuous.

• Equipment shall be professional grade; consumer-grade equipment is not acceptable.
