Evaluation

Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offers will be evaluated on their proposed Total Price. Only the lowest-priced proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability initially; subsequent offers will only be evaluated if the preceding offer is not technically acceptable.
