Scope of Work

The requirement is for ten (10) Self-Leveling Mobile Tray and Glass Rack Dispenser Carts. These carts are essential for the sanitary storage of trays and glass racks, particularly around dishwashing equipment and in the dining facility, supporting Veteran meal service. Key features include:

  • Field adjustable, self-leveling, and spring-loaded design.

Contract Details

Deliveries must be made to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Warehouse Bldg. 111, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 3:30 pm, excluding Federal holidays.

Submission & Evaluation

Quotes must include a detailed description, specifications, salient characteristics, and photos/sketches of the proposed product. Signed and dated offers must be submitted via email to james.boles2@va.gov. Award will be based on a comparative evaluation of quotes, favoring the offer most favorable to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date.
