Support includes in-country attendance in Australia to resolve integration design, installation, certification, and transition to sustainment activities, as well as remote support (email, phone, video conference, contractor lab troubleshooting). Justification & Response
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR Part 6.103-1, citing RCI as the only responsible source. The AN/ARC-210(V) electronic protection radio systems are commercial products, and RCI does not provide the technical data necessary for competitive procurement or support. Therefore, RCI is deemed the sole responsible source.

This notice is not a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to fund the development or qualification of other sources. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding. All information received by the closing date will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
