Scope of Work
This requirement involves providing a comprehensive desktop Laser Engraver System, including the laser platform, a heavy-use filtration system, necessary compressor and rotary accessories, and compatible IT hardware/software. The vendor will be responsible for:
- Procurement of all specified items.
- Delivery (FOB Destination) to Lackland AFB, TX.
- On-site installation, calibration, and configuration of the system and accessories.
- On-site training for personnel on safe operation, basic maintenance, and software interface.
Key Requirements
The system must be a Brand Name or Equal to VLS3.60DT and meet specific salient characteristics:
- Physical: Minimum 24" x 12" working area, desktop unit footprint (approx. 34" x 14" x 25"), approx. 170 lbs.
- Performance: 50-watt laser, 110V AC 10A or 220-240V 5A power, heavy-use exhaust/filtration system (e.g., BOFA Advantage Base 1 Oracle) capable of 250 CFM at 6 inches static pressure with a 3-inch port.
- Accessories: Air assist with 2.0" cone, downdraft cutting table, rotary attachment, ultra-quiet oil-free laser compressor with desiccant air dryer, lens/mirror replacements.
- IT: Compatible laptop to drive the laser and graphic design software (e.g., CorelDraw), subject to government approval.
