The contractor will execute a comprehensive equipment replacement and maintenance program for the Auto Hobby Shop. This includes:
- Demolition and Disposal: Removal and off-base disposal of existing inoperable equipment.

- Two (2) 10,000-pound, 2-post lifts (Forward DP10A or equal)
- One (1) 14,000-pound, 4-post lift (Forward CR14 or equal)
- Two (2) digital wheel balancers (Bosch 32.5-inch and 47.25-inch or equal)
- Lifecycle Maintenance: A five-year plan (base year + 4 option years) covering annual Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) certified inspections, equipment calibration, and an established protocol for unscheduled, out-of-cycle repairs.
