Special Requirements (from DRAFT PWS)
- Security: Contractor personnel must have a 648C Security Background Check on file at the time of proposal submission and maintain security for the life of the contract. All personnel require background checks and approval for depot access.
- Quality Control: Contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control program.
- Identification: Contractor personnel must identify themselves as contractors and wear visitor badges.
- Data Rights: The Government has unlimited rights to all documents and materials produced under this contract.
